Born at her home in Richmond, January 2, 1947, and died August 3, 2022, at the Carriage Inn in Steubenville, daughter of Harold Walter and Mildred McNinch Kinney.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her son Richard, an infant grandson, Harold, an infant great-granddaughter, Alessia, and a sister, Glenda.
Surviving is daughter Trina (fiancé James) Thweatt (Yuma, AZ), son, Harold L. (Kathy) Adams (Richmond), two adopted granddaughters, Rachel (fiancé Eric) Kinney (Adamsville, OH) and Kari A Kinney (companion Ashlie Pasco) Toronto, Ohio. Seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one daughter-in-law.
Siblings include H. Lee Kinney (Cross Creek Twp), James C. Kinney (Cheryl) Richmond, Sharon K. Reynolds (fiancé Mark) Snellville, GA, and Janeen G. Kinney, (New Smyrna Beach, FL), an aunt, Florence L. Kinney (Sarasota, Florida) and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins, including five double first cousins in Florida.
She was a member of the Steubenville Greek Orthodox congregation, where she was employed as church secretary for several years. She was also active in the American Legion Auxiliary, Post 740, Richmond.
